A brief Passage Regarding
The death of John Dee
Certainly no one can argue that John Dee, the Alchemist, walked a long and rather colorful course through the years, leaving subtle but lasting stitches in the tapestry of human history... In fact if you might think to pose an argument to the contrary I'd suggest you do some reading up. What is less known and far easier to argue however is the circumstances of his demise, or more accurately his lack thereof. Though the flesh is transient and can in time pass without trace the soul is immortal, and given a worthy vessel might plot its course through eternity and weather the eons without fearing the storm of time's woeful effects upon the living.
What became of John Dee's body, a well known affair, was scarce an ending in anything but the public eye. For those on the other side of the coin, those who have seen beyond the pale and know reality stretches far beyond what little of it is seen by the common man it should hardly be a surprise that the greatest Alchemist of all time still lives... After a fashion, of course.
I might even wager his subtle machinations hold sway over your life even now, as his work did so many others when he was still "alive". After all, a man ambitious enough to cheat death is a man whose work is never truly done. So it was that this Doctor Dee came to be, a being beyond time and free of mortal flaws. An artificial man who would see realized all of John Dee's mortal ambitions and more, by whatever means necessary.
